Reply Hristina Andonoska November 19th, 2013 Hey fellas thanks for this fantastic and inspiring review….I've concluded alpha phase, and today (this Tuesday is my Monday :D) I started beta phase…but I haven’t missing as much weight as Other folks :S…for five weeks, only one kg, and a pair of cm on my thighs and belly…my legs are slimmer as well…but I don’t follow the nutrition guide (cos I don’t have 1 hah)…is the challenge or focus t25 calendar gamma may possibly I continue “my nutrition plan” (starving some days) which incorporates milk (with honey, cinnamom and flax seed-I t25 core cardio calories burned don’t have that much time for eating early in the morning because my working several hours are seven am), yogurt, soup (just the fluid), cucumber with yogurt, cashews (yeah and i do cheat at times..perhaps This can be the purpose), apples, tangerines and many others…..
